We express post ALL orders. If your order is over $100, then the shipping’s on us, anything under is $10. We aim to get all orders out within a 24 hour turnaround, however this can take slightly longer in sale periods.
You will receive an AUSTRALIA POST tracking link via email, once your parcel is on it’s way.
If an item on your order is a PRE ORDER then your full order will only be posted once ALL items are in stock and ready to ship. If you need the other items sooner, we suggest making two separate orders so that you’re not waiting.
If you select ‘PICK UP’ when checking out online, you will be able to collect your order from our Varsity Lakes warehouse 2 hours after purchase or the following business day.

As we source from many different suppliers it’s quite hard having one standard chart.
We do however try on and measure all the pieces at HQ with our girls of all different shapes/sizes and have detailed our sizing recommendations at the end of every product description. Please refer to the clickable "SIZE GUIDE"
Our style of clothing is designed to be relaxed so depending on how you like your fit, you can size up or down accordingly.
We will happily exchange any items that don’t fit or suit what you are after with a different size or store credit. Any exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Store credit must be used within 6 months of issue. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact.
Return postage is at your expense. Make sure your order is sent via secure methods of post, as we cannot offer any reimbursement until we have received the items.
No exchanges or refunds on sale items.
We do not offer any refunds, except if there is a fault with the garment. Any faulty items must be claimed within 7 days of delivery, so please check your order thoroughly on arrival.
If your fabulous items from She Street are not exactly what you were looking for or you've simply had a
change of heart then please follow the really easy return steps below:
- Make sure item you are returning has been delivered within the past 14 days
- Please ensure the item is unworn & clean with labels attached and in a sellable condition
- Return postage is at your expense. Make sure your order is sent via secure methods of post,
as we cannot offer any reimbursement until we have received the items.
- Post the item to the following address:

- Once the item/s have been received on this end, we will email you your credit note code
which is then valid for 12months - we will send you this code via email
THINGS TO NOTE IF RETURNING
- We cannot offer refunds unless the item is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, if this is
the case please let us know either in your return email
- Shoot us an email at email@example.com letting us know the items have been returned and
the reason for the return and make sure your name and order number are clearly noted
when doing this
- If the item is on sale at the time of purchase, your credit will be the amount you paid for this item
